About The Position
As an LMHC on our remote team, you will deliver evidence-based therapy to adults through virtual sessions. This position allows you to focus on client care, progress tracking, and treatment outcomes while working within a stable weekday schedule.
Requirements
- Active Washington LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Previous clinical therapy experience
- Ability to manage a consistent caseload remotely
- Reliable internet and private workspace
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Assess client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document session notes and clinical progress
- Adhere to state licensing and compliance requirements
- Participate in clinical reviews as required
