Licensed Mental Health Counselor- Flexible Schedule
About The Position
CHE Behavioral Health Services is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) to join our APA-approved, clinician-led behavioral health team. Since 1995, CHE has been a national leader in adult and geriatric mental health, serving 100,000+ patients across 800+ skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in 11+ states. This role offers full-time or part-time opportunities with the ability to create your own schedule (Mon–Fri, 7 AM–7 PM), with no nights, weekends, or on-call duties. You will work close to home in partnered facilities and can expect a steady, reliable caseload. This position is ideal for newly licensed LMHCs or clinicians seeking supplemental work.
Requirements
- Master’s degree
- Active LMHC license in state of practice
Responsibilities
- Provide psychotherapy and behavioral health services to adult and senior populations
- Work independently within an integrated care team
- Customize treatment plans for each patient’s needs
- Focus fully on patient care with no administrative burdens or after-hours duties
