About The Position
We are seeking talented and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Professionals to join our dynamic team at CHE Behavioral Health Services in Bath, New York. As a leading provider of behavioral health services, we are dedicated to increasing access to mental health services and reducing the stigma of mental health conditions. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical services to patients in our in-patient care facilities. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse adult and geriatric population, and collaborate with a supportive team of clinicians and administrative staff.
Requirements
- Fully licensed mental health clinician (Clinical Psychologist, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health conditions
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment
- Participate in regular clinical supervision and staff meetings
