About The Position
LifeStance Health is hiring licensed therapists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare services to adults and/or children and adolescents, offering individual and/or couples therapy. The role is a W-2 employed position with compensation based on productivity and uncapped earning potential. Part-time and full-time options are available. The position is based at a new Federal Way office, with locations throughout the area. The work model is hybrid, combining in-person and remote flexibility. Schedules are flexible to support work-life balance; the standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven mental healthcare for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, both at clinics and through telemedicine. Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Have experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
