Licensed Mental Health Counselor
About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed therapist in Washington who is passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Therapists provide outpatient mental healthcare, including individual and/or couples therapy, to adults and/or children and adolescents. The role is based at a Spokane, Washington office, with a hybrid model offering in-person and remote flexibility. Multiple locations in the area are available to make commuting easier. The position offers a flexible schedule, with weekday hours Monday through Friday and optional weekends. Part-time and full-time options are available. Compensation is productivity-based, with uncapped earning potential and a stated range of $90,000–$115,000.
Requirements
- Hold a full, active Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
- Experience with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
