The role offers a competitive base rate and uncapped commission for upgrades. Full-time, high-performing therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation of up to $88,000, based on 30 service hours per week. Tips average 18%–25% or more, with average credit-card tips of $20–$30 per base service; tips are paid out the same day through the Tippy partner. The company provides a supportive team culture, safety standards, ongoing training, and equipment, tools, linens, supplies, and uniforms.
