About The Position

Requirements

• Possess a valid California license or certification.
• Have an in-depth understanding of anatomy and movement in relation to soft tissue manipulation.
• Demonstrate excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Show willingness to learn and positive energy.
• Be computer literate.
• Act ethically.
• Have evening and weekend availability.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience working in the field; licensed candidates with this experience may be considered for an elevated compensation package.

Responsibilities

• Perform 25-, 50-, 80-, and 110-minute deep tissue, sports, prenatal, and Swedish massages in a professional and comfortable setting.
• Analyze clients’ current needs and create programmatic treatment plans.
• Clean the treatment room after each treatment and at the end of each shift.
• Comply with state regulatory board requirements for intake forms, waivers, and SOAP notes.
• Generate new business and retain clients by providing treatment programs.
