About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Mamaroneck, NY is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists for full-time and part-time opportunities. The spa’s established membership model provides recurring appointments and a steady flow of clients, so therapists can focus on high-quality care and building lasting client relationships without having to generate their own clientele. Average earnings are $275–$350 per day, with performance-based commissions, bonuses, incentives, and other earning opportunities. Full-time therapists receive priority booking opportunities. The role offers flexible scheduling, training, continuing education, and career development in a professional, positive, team-oriented environment. The spa provides massage supplies, linens, lotions, equipment, and front desk support for scheduling, client management, and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Active New York State Massage Therapy License.
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to perform consecutive 50-minute and 80-minute massage sessions.
- Proficiency in Swedish Massage.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, or additional modalities.
- Passion for helping people improve their health and well-being through massage therapy.
