Full-time, high-performing therapists typically earn an average total annual compensation of up to $88,000, based on 30 service hours per week. Tips average 18%–25% or more, with average credit card tips of $20–$30 per base service; credit card tips are paid directly to the therapist through Tippy, and tips are paid out the same day.
