About The Position

The Licensed Massage Therapist performs massage and body treatments for resort and local guests at Costa d'Este Beach Resort & Spa in Vero Beach, Florida. The role includes operating and troubleshooting massage equipment, following spa protocols, maintaining treatment and guest areas, and providing professional, guest-focused service. This is a part-time/on-call position with varying shifts that may include mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements

Graduate of esthetics school.
At least 2 years of experience in the salon, spa, or resort industry.
Professional Massage Therapy License issued by the State of Florida.
Detailed and self-starting.
Strong customer service focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Able to work as a team player and communicate positively with co-workers and guests.
Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

Operate and troubleshoot all massage equipment.
Perform massages and body treatments according to spa protocol.
Become knowledgeable about all treatments and products available at the spa.
Keep the work area clean, stocked, and sanitized.
Keep the spa locker area clean and stocked.
Keep the Tranquility Room clean and presentable.
Keep the supply room clean and organized.
Stock towels at the fitness center when needed.
Remove used towels from spa locker rooms and the fitness center.
Greet guests in a professional and friendly manner and handle guest issues effectively.
