About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Sugar Hill, Georgia, is hiring a Licensed Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic and relaxation massage services. The spa is therapist-owned and therapist-focused, with an established clientele and operational support so therapists can focus on client care. The role offers mentorship, continuing education, professional development, and flexible scheduling, with a team culture focused on respect and work-life balance. Compensation is $44–$65+ per 50-minute session, based on experience and performance, with bonuses for enhancements, gratuities, guaranteed minimum pay, and full pay for client no-shows and last-minute cancellations. The position is in person and is available full-time or part-time.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Massage Therapy License.
- Ability to maintain massage therapy liability insurance.
- Strong communication and client service skills.
- Passion for helping people feel their best through massage therapy.
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic and relaxation massage services.
- Create personalized treatment plans based on client goals and wellness needs.
- Educate clients about services, enhancements, and self-care recommendations.
- Build client relationships that support retention and results.
- Maintain professional treatment notes and comply with licensing requirements.
- Collaborate with therapists and spa team members to provide an outstanding guest experience.
