About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health position. The role involves providing services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, including completing behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, and conducting individual, family, and group therapy sessions. The LMFT will collaborate with various healthcare providers, schools, and community agencies to coordinate patient care, while maintaining clinical autonomy with strong administrative and clinical support. Requirements

• Active Oregon Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or Related Behavioral Health Field REQUIRED
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience Providing Individual, Family, and Group Therapy Preferred
• Experience Working with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families Preferred
