About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for Community Counseling Solutions in Boardman, Oregon. This is a full-time outpatient behavioral health position serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in a community mental health setting. The role involves completing behavioral health assessments, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and case coordination. The LCSW will collaborate with physicians, schools, community agencies, and multidisciplinary care teams to coordinate treatment plans, practicing with clinical autonomy while being supported by experienced professionals and administrative staff. Requirements

• Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) License REQUIRED
• Master's Degree in Social Work REQUIRED
• Strong Assessment, Treatment Planning, Crisis Intervention, and Documentation Skills
• Ability to Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Healthcare Teams

Nice To Haves

• Experience Providing Individual and Group Therapy Preferred
• Experience Working with Children, Adolescents, Adults, and Families Preferred
