About The Position
We are hiring a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Iowa. In this role, you will support individuals, couples, and families through secure telehealth sessions, helping them work through relationship challenges, life transitions, emotional stress, and behavioral concerns. This is a full-time position with a steady weekday schedule, strong pay, and full benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through a secure telehealth platform
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans based on client needs
- Support clients dealing with relationship concerns, anxiety, depression, stress, parenting issues, and family conflict
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate
- Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote mental health care
