About The Position
We are looking for a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist to provide telehealth therapy to clients throughout Iowa. This role is well-suited for an LMFT who enjoys helping clients improve communication, manage family or relationship stress, and build healthier patterns in daily life. Sessions are completed remotely, with a steady Monday to Friday schedule and full benefits included.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families
- Assess client concerns and create treatment plans that are clear and realistic
- Help clients work through relationship strain, family conflict, emotional concerns, and behavioral patterns
- Document sessions, treatment updates, and progress notes in a timely manner
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in a remote setting
- Review client progress and update goals as needed
