About The Position
We are seeking a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist for a full-time remote role serving clients in Iowa. This position is focused on providing practical, high-quality therapy through telehealth for clients navigating relationship concerns, family dynamics, communication issues, and personal mental health challenges. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, competitive compensation, and benefits.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Active LMFT license in Iowa
- Previous clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
- Comfortable providing services through telehealth
- Strong communication, documentation, and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete intake assessments and identify appropriate treatment goals
- Provide support for clients facing conflict, grief, stress, anxiety, depression, and major life changes
- Maintain clear and compliant client records
- Use evidence-informed therapy approaches based on client needs
- Manage a consistent caseload within a full-time schedule
- Protect client privacy and follow telehealth best practices
