Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Provider Full-Time Silt Clinic
About The Position
Valley View Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Integrated Behavioral Health Provider to join its Behavioral Health team at the Silt Clinic in Silt, Colorado. This is a day-shift position working Monday through Friday. The provider plans and coordinates patient-centered behavioral health care, including assessment, care planning, intervention, consultation, and referrals when a patient’s social, economic, emotional, or psychological circumstances create barriers to care or optimal functioning. The provider works within their behavioral health license, collaborates with other clinical personnel, maintains professional practice standards, communicates with physicians about psychosocial care plans, and supports the goals and philosophy of the clinical area. The position requires a master’s degree in a behavioral health profession and an eligible Colorado DORA license. Valley View is unable to sponsor visas.
Requirements
- Colorado DORA licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health profession.
- Eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate delivery of quality, patient-centered behavioral health care.
- Provide assessment, care planning, intervention, consultation, and referrals when patients’ circumstances create barriers to care or optimal functioning.
- Practice within the scope of the provider’s behavioral health licensure.
- Work cooperatively with other clinical personnel and provide leadership while maintaining professional behavioral health practice standards.
- Communicate with physicians regarding psychosocial plans of care.
- Support the philosophy and goals of the clinical area.
