Requirements

Active Ohio Property & Casualty license (or strong motivation to obtain one)
Self-starter mentality with a drive to exceed targets
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build authentic relationships with customers
Clear, professional written and verbal communication
Disciplined follow-through and detail orientation when managing paperwork and compliance
Optimistic attitude and genuine enthusiasm for being part of something new and growing

Responsibilities

Solicit and write new lines of insurance business across a full product portfolio
Quote policies accurately and efficiently using consistent internal processes
Manage lead follow-up and application completion from first contact to bind
Understand and adhere to underwriting guidelines for all carriers
Ensure all documents are completed accurately and in compliance
Plan and execute prospecting campaigns to develop new business pipelines
Maintain current knowledge of company and state-required training
