Requirements
- Active Michigan Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License required
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related financial services role
- Strong knowledge of personal and/or commercial lines insurance products
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet sales goals
- Proficiency with agency management software and CRM tools is a plus
- High school diploma required

- bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and inbound agency leads
- Build strong client relationships by conducting comprehensive insurance reviews
- Quote, bind, and service personal lines policies with multiple top-rated insurance carriers
- Manage and grow an existing book of business through proactive account reviews, renewals, and exceptional customer service
- Cross-sell and round out accounts by identifying additional coverage opportunities
- Respond promptly to client quotes, inquiries, policy changes, claims assistance, and coverage questions
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve policy inquiries in a timely manner
