Requirements

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required.
Previous insurance sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Prospect for new business through referrals, networking, lead follow-up, and community involvement.
Build strong relationships with prospective and current customers.
Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage needs and recommend customized insurance solutions.
Educate clients on insurance products, policy features, discounts, and available coverage options.
Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve customer protection.
Cross-sell and bundle policies to provide comprehensive insurance solutions.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Meet and exceed individual sales and agency production goals.
