About The Position

ADP is hiring a Digital Sales Associate. This role offers the opportunity to control your financial future and achieve work-life balance. The position involves selling ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits, to new and existing clients using digital technology. The Digital Sales Associate will act as a consultative business partner, introducing ADP's solutions to various client roles and company sizes. The role emphasizes providing expert guidance, building a book of business, and utilizing the latest technology. The company provides high-quality sales training and support to ensure success. Initially, daily goals for dials, talk time, and appointments will be provided. As the associate progresses, they will experience autonomy, flexibility in their daily schedule, work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule and no weekends, and virtual appointments without travel requirements. The position offers uncapped commission, incentive trips, and promotional opportunities within a stable and respected tech company.

  • Continuous learner, always seeking to improve processes.
  • Two or more years of previous sales experience or completion of a sales internship.
  • Military experience (skills such as teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a never-lose mentality are valuable).

Responsibilities

  • Grow business by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals, working independently and collaboratively within assigned geography.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted at decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business, turning prospects into loyal clients.
  • Strategically cultivate additional business within existing accounts by selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
