About The Position

Eastern PA Health Advisors is seeking motivated, coachable individuals to join our growing sales team in King of Prussia, PA. In this role, you will help individuals, families, and small business owners evaluate and enroll in health insurance plans that meet their needs and budget. You will receive structured training, real-time company-provided leads, and ongoing mentorship designed to support your success in a performance-driven environment. This is a full-time, in-person training role with hybrid flexibility available after the initial training period (based on performance and role requirements).

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a structured sales environment
• Basic computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
• Must be able to commute to our King of Prussia office for the first 6 months

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients using company-provided leads
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate health insurance solutions
• Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
• Build long-term client relationships through professional service
• Follow structured training, systems, and sales processes
• Work toward individual performance and production goals
