About The Position

Empire Management Group is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to build a rewarding career in insurance sales. Requirements

  • Open to both licensed and unlicensed candidates who are willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license, if required.

Nice To Haves

  • Active insurance license is welcome but not required.
  • Candidates who are willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license are encouraged to apply.
  • Approximately 1–5 years of sales or insurance experience is preferred.

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, or business development is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new client relationships within your local market.
  • Build referral networks and community connections to generate new business opportunities.
  • Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to understand their insurance needs.
  • Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Guide clients through the sales process from initial consultation through policy enrollment.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide excellent customer service and support.
  • Stay current on insurance products, industry updates, and compliance requirements.
  • Consistently work toward individual performance goals while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
  • Participate in training, coaching, team meetings, and professional development activities.
