Requirements

  • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses.
  • Insurance sales experience with a proven ability to build relationships and close business.
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • High integrity with a genuine commitment to serving customers.
  • Organized, dependable, and committed to continuous growth.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Minnesota Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses are required prior to your start date. If you're currently completing your licensing, we'll provide study resources, coaching, and support to help you become fully licensed before joining our team.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend personalized insurance solutions.
  • Quote, present, and sell auto, home, renters, life, and other insurance products.
  • Build long-term customer relationships that generate referrals and renewals.
  • Conduct policy reviews to help customers maintain the right protection.
  • Process applications, policy changes, and endorsements accurately.
  • Stay current on products, industry updates, and agency offerings.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals.
