About The Position

Agents can work in person or remotely. This opportunity is ideal for agents who want structure, support, and long-term income, without being overwhelmed by too many carriers or complex systems. The role involves selling Medicare Supplements (Medigap) or Medicare Advantage, Prescription Drug Plans (PDP), and cancer, critical illness, and other health supplemental products. Team Nexa offers work with well-respected carriers, a limited carrier strategy, dedicated Health & Medicare support, a clear sales process, optional cross-sell or full producer tracks, and an independent agent model with professional support. This is suitable for licensed Life & Health insurance agents, agents selling Life who want to expand into Medicare or health supplements, agents selling Medicare who want better structure and support, and professionals aiming to build a renewable, long-term book of business. The company provides high-level, carrier-agnostic training, ongoing coaching, and weekly support, with systems designed for simplicity and scalability. This is not a captive role, nor is it a role that requires learning numerous carriers or high-pressure sales tactics. It is not Medicare Advantage-focused at launch.
