About The Position
Our Licensed Life Insurance Agents are passionate about helping customers protect what matters most. Regardless of physical location, they provide expert guidance and personalized support for all life insurance needs. Our Life Insurance Agents educate clients on the features and benefits of various life insurance products, helping them choose the coverage that best fits their needs and financial goals. Agents focus on building lasting relationships by onboarding new policy holders and conducting annual reviews to ensure their coverage continues to align with their life changes. This is a sales role, but unlike traditional sales positions, we offer paid training and do not operate on commission—so your success is supported from day one!
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Resident Life AND Health Insurance License in Hand with CE completed
- Sales Skills: ready to sell and close the deal – charismatic and persuasive individuals who excel at building relationships and connecting with others.
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to toggle back and forth between multiple systems while communicating with the customer.
- Open availability between 7am-10pm EST 7 days a week during season
Responsibilities
