Requirements

• Class D or S Connecticut Journeyman License
• Valid Connecticut driver's license and a clean driving record
• 5+ years of experience with residential heating and air conditioning installations and services
• Ability to perform HVAC maintenance, repairs, and complete system installations
• Commitment to high-quality workmanship
• Dedication to customer satisfaction
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening test

Responsibilities

• Manage residential service calls and provide expert service.
• Perform thorough maintenance routines to prevent future breakdowns and keep systems operating efficiently.
• Diagnose and resolve complex heating and air conditioning issues.
• Complete repairs on-site and deliver effective solutions.
• Perform complete HVAC system installations from start to finish, ensuring high-quality standards.
