A licensed professional who, under the direction of the responsible teacher, assists in the delivery of learning experiences for students in a grade level and/or content area. This role organizes and facilitates the learning process utilizing a variety of evidence-based instructional practices and applicable technology. The position involves participating in a community of learning to develop and refine knowledge and skills for the academic, civic, social, and emotional success of students. The role requires consistently evaluating student progress, making appropriate adjustments, and communicating student progress. The licensed guest teacher will regularly collaborate, reflect, and grow to improve learning opportunities for students. Hiring for the 2026/2027 School Year will begin Summer 2026. Selected applicants will be required to attend an orientation prior to being added to the guest staff roster. Only applicants with outstanding reference checks and background checks receive invitations to attend, and the Human Resources Department notifies selected candidates by email regarding dates and times of these orientations.
