About The Position

A Financial Services Representative (FSR) supports sales and service delivery in a branch. The role builds and expands banking relationships through proactive customer outreach and service requests. Responsibilities include opening deposit accounts and related banking services, providing lending services (including consumer real estate-secured lending), identifying and referring sales opportunities to appropriate bank partners, and supporting the fulfillment of certain consumer investment needs. The position may be filled as licensed or non-licensed. Successful candidates are self-starters who can manage daily outreach, engage customers confidently, build trust, learn and adapt to new information and technology, develop strong working relationships, influence through rapport, and move quickly through problem resolution.
