About The Position

Service international (non-US resident) and domestic clients with a full range of service and trading needs in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Assist clients with trading stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, and options, as well as general account servicing inquiries. Provide document translation services for internal partners and support clients in a foreign language as needed. Evening and overnight shifts also support clients within Stock Plan Services. The role is eligible for a bonus opportunity in addition to the salary range.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 63 licenses are required, or must be successfully obtained within the allotted training time as a condition of employment.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak Mandarin/Cantonese in addition to English.
• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
• Ability to work a structured schedule and adhere to assigned schedules, including lunch and break times determined by business needs.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a high level of integrity and ethics.
• Willingness and desire to learn in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of college study in finance, economics, business administration, or a related area; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• At least 1 year of experience working with clients through phone, chat, or email.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of investment products and ability to explain complex subjects by phone.
• Ability to quickly identify client needs, demonstrate empathy and compassion, and use sound judgment to take actions that achieve client objectives through phone, chat, or email.
• Flexibility to work on emails, chats, and phones as business needs change.
• High flexibility in shift times, especially early mornings, to meet business needs.
