About The Position
Face Forward Aesthetics is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to join their team. This role involves performing advanced esthetic treatments, building long-term guest relationships through consultations and personalized treatment plans, and driving growth through sales and education. The esthetician will also contribute to a high-performing team by supporting clinic operations during downtime, such as guest communication, appointment confirmations, and clinic readiness. The position is based in Westerville.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics License in good standing
- Minimum two years of esthetics experience preferred
- Strong consultation and sales capability
- Experience working in a medspa, aesthetics, dermatology, or cosmetic environment preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced clinic environment
- High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail
- Experience with Zenoti or similar scheduling software preferred
Nice To Haves
- Experience supporting injectable treatment plans
- Knowledge of medical grade skincare products including SkinMedica, Alastin, Plated, or similar lines
- Previous guest experience or front office support experience
- Demonstrated history of achieving revenue and retail sales goals
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced esthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, DiamondGlow and HydraFacial services, and advanced skin rejuvenation treatments.
- Provide customized skincare planning and education to guests.
- Conduct thorough guest consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Recommend skincare regimens and retail products confidently.
- Support guest retention and rebooking efforts.
- Drive rebooking performance and support cross-referrals between esthetics, injectables, and advanced devices.
- Support guest communication and follow-up, appointment confirmations, front desk flow, and lead outreach during downtime.
- Assist with treatment room turnover and organization.
