Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License (required)
2+ years of hands-on experience in a spa or skincare setting preferred
Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
Strong background in facials, skincare treatments, and product recommendations
Proven ability in sales, client retention, and customer service
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

Perform professional facials, customized skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic services
Conduct in-depth skin analysis and consultations
Recommend and sell skincare products and memberships to support client results
Build and maintain strong client retention and repeat business
Maintain treatment rooms and follow all sanitation, hygiene, and state board regulations
Consistently meet or exceed service and retail sales goals
