About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise specializing in massage, facials, and hair removal services, with over 600 locations across the US and Canada. They are a leader in the membership-based spa services industry. The Cranberry location seeks a Licensed Esthetician for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. Hand & Stone provides high-quality, result-driven facial treatments, including LED Skin Phototherapy, NuFACE microcurrent, Neveskin, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels. Estheticians have the opportunity to build treatment plans for clients and build repeat business through a membership model. Estheticians are crucial for creating an outstanding customer experience, with expertise in skincare and product knowledge being vital. The company books appointments and provides all supplies, allowing estheticians to focus on the client. Ongoing education is provided through Education on Demand platforms.
Requirements
- Strong retail and in-treatment upgrade record
- Must carry liability insurance
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product lines as it relates to Estheticians
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
- Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
- Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
- Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
- Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
