About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Weston is seeking high-performing Licensed Estheticians who are passionate about skincare, delivering exceptional results, and growing their income through performance, client retention, and relationship-building. This role is best suited for experienced professionals who are comfortable recommending treatment plans, selling skincare products, and working in a fast-paced, performance-focused spa environment. Requirements

Active Florida Esthetician License
Minimum 2 years of hands-on facial experience required
Strong retail sales and consultation skills
Confidence recommending upgrades, skincare products, and treatment plans
Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience with DiamondGlow, dermaplaning, LED treatments, and professional skincare lines strongly preferred
Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Responsibilities

Perform customized facial treatments and skincare services
Conduct in-depth skin consultations and recommend treatment plans
Recommend retail skincare products and home-care regimens
Build strong client retention and prebooking rates
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and visible results
Maintain a clean, professional treatment room
Actively help grow your book through referrals, client relationships, and outreach
