About The Position
As a Licensed Esthetician at Spencer's, you will play a key role in delivering our signature and premium facial treatments menu, curated by renowned esthetician Gill Milberg. Your responsibilities will include performing Spencer’s facial treatment menu, collaborating with guests to develop personalized skincare routines and recommendations, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure 100% guest satisfaction during each spa experience. You will also maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, participate in subsidized continued learning opportunities, and work collaboratively with other team members. Eligibility for performance bonuses is also a component of this role.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience.
- Be able to speak to and embody Spencer's Core Values, which include: sophisticated, professional, excellence, neoteric, consistent, educated, receptive, and service.
- A valid Esthetician license in the state of practice.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new techniques and treatments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and colleagues.
- A passion for skincare and a commitment to staying current with industry trends and advancements.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Buccal & lymphatic massage experience.
