About The Position
Hand & Stone Marlton is seeking Licensed Estheticians to provide skincare services to members and guests. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, results-driven treatments, building client relationships, and helping clients establish skincare routines through education, progressive treatment plans, and homecare recommendations. Estheticians are expected to provide a welcoming client experience, communicate effectively, meet performance goals, and take part in ongoing training.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Esthetics liability insurance.
- Adherence to state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
- Follow state and local licensing laws and regulations.
- Provide high-quality services and a world-class experience to guests and members.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on clients’ individual skincare goals.
- Create a positive client experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Achieve sales and performance goals established by spa leadership.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
