About The Position

Hand & Stone Marlton is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to serve members and guests. The role focuses on delivering results-driven skincare services, building client relationships, and helping clients feel confident in their skin. Estheticians use customized treatment plans, client education, routine visits, and homecare recommendations to help clients establish effective skincare rituals. The franchisee provides linens, tools, equipment, supplies, and uniforms, as well as training and development opportunities. Compensation is listed as $35,000 to $85,000 per year.

Requirements

Active esthetics license in the state where working.
Esthetics liability insurance.
Adherence to applicable state and local licensing laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active esthetics license in the state where working.
Carry esthetics liability insurance.

Deliver a high-quality client experience by performing top-level services.
Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans, including homecare regimens, based on clients’ individual skincare goals.
Create an excellent experience through a friendly and helpful attitude.
Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
Achieve sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
