About The Position
Hand & Stone Camp Hill is expanding its team of Licensed Estheticians to serve members and guests. Estheticians provide customized, results-driven skincare services and help clients build long-term treatment plans and homecare routines. The role emphasizes client education, relationship-building, and delivering a positive, high-quality facial experience. FGG Spa, LLC is a growth-focused Hand & Stone franchisee operating more than 60 locations across 8 states, with a company culture centered on putting people first.
Requirements
- Active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Esthetics liability insurance.
- Adherence to applicable state and local licensing laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality services and a world-class experience to guests and members.
- Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans and homecare regimens based on each client’s skincare goals.
- Maintain an active Esthetics license in the state where working.
- Carry Esthetics liability insurance.
- Follow state and local licensing laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Achieve sales and performance goals set by spa leadership.
- Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
