About The Position

re:fab is onboarding licensed electrical subcontractors for an upcoming commercial job in the Gulfport, FL area. We are a full-service painting and renovation company with over 33 years of continuous growth and are expanding our subcontractor network. We are actively onboarding experienced, licensed electricians for steady work, strong support, and a long-term partnership. We have an immediate need for an upcoming commercial project in Gulfport, FL, with a walk-through imminent. As an electrician, you'll need to be good at working independently and fantastic at troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Carry your own general liability, auto and workers comp insurances
• 2+ years previous experience working
• Valid electric license as required by state law
• Excellent critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good physical dexterity and the ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints to determine best electrical layouts for installation, collaborating with other professionals as needed
• Install, repair, and maintain electric fixtures in commercial facilities
• Inspect electric for code compliance and safety issues
• Prepare estimates for client needs
• Maintain a record of time spent working, including tasks completed and supplies used
