Licensed Electrician

Serve Electric•Odessa, FL
•$36 - $45•Onsite

About The Position

Serve Electric is hiring a Licensed Electrician for a 7–12 month industrial project in the Miami area. After the project concludes, the electrician will travel with the company to other job sites, most likely in Florida and potentially elsewhere in the U.S. The role leads electrical work at industrial sites, managing installations, directing crew members, maintaining code and safety standards, and representing Serve Electric on each project. An active electrician license is required to ensure licensed coverage on-site during inspections. Proven industrial experience is strongly preferred; the posting notes that residential and commercial experience alone may not prepare candidates for this role’s industrial demands. The position involves troubleshooting, electrical installations and system wiring, conduit work, project planning and coordination, inspection for quality and code compliance, and mentoring and evaluating employees. The role also requires communicating with customers, managers, and coworkers, and working with minimal supervision. Travel assignments include per diem and lodging.
