About The Position
Peerless Chain is looking for a Licensed Electrician to join their team. This role involves the maintenance of production equipment and facilities, including the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and replacement of electrical and electronic equipment. The position also includes troubleshooting and repair of associated controls, hydraulic systems, servos, rectifiers, motors, HVAC systems, and industrial vehicles. Mechanical repairs and minor fabrication may also be required, along with performing preventative maintenance.
Requirements
- Licensed Electrician
- Ability to work from written or verbal instructions, blueprints, or sketches.
- Not eligible for work sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and replacement of electric and electronic equipment to include but not limited to PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s, and associated networks.
- Troubleshooting and repair of electronic and electrical controls associated with manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Troubleshooting and repair of hydraulic systems, servos, rectifiers, motors, electronic controls, HVAC systems and industrial vehicles.
- Performing mechanical repairs as well as minor fabrication as required.
- Performing preventative maintenance and other maintenance needs as requested.
