About The Position

Gracie Square Hospital is seeking a full-time Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) to join their Therapeutic Rehabilitation team. This role involves providing functional assessments and therapeutic activities designed to meet the individual needs and treatment goals of patients with psychiatric illnesses and disorders. The team aims to create a nurturing and therapeutic environment to help patients prepare for their return to their families and engage in productive lives.

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• NYS Licensed Creative Arts Therapy Registration (LCAT)

Nice To Haves

• BLS Certification with American Heart Association
• Previous experience in the field
• New York State LCAT with a concentration in Music Therapy preferred.
