About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking licensed clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Toms River, NJ. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model serving over 175,000 clients annually. We partner with health systems and primary care providers, believing mental health is inseparable from physical health. We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care. A good fit for this role would be independently licensed and living in New Jersey (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD), consistently available for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly, a behavioral health generalist open to treating various clients including couples and children, invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress, confident with modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), and a good teammate. Specialties preferred include licensed therapists with experience in couples and families.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in New Jersey— LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
