About The Position
Thriveworks is seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Kennesaw, GA. This role is eligible for a competitive ramp stipend for clinicians offering 30+ hours of availability per week. Thriveworks is a clinician-led mental health care company founded in 2008, with over 340 locations and a nationwide hybrid care model. We serve over 175,000 clients annually through more than 1.7 million sessions and are growing. We partner with health systems and primary care providers, believing mental health is inseparable from physical health. We are hiring licensed clinicians to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our clients across the country. This role requires independent licensure and residency in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW), consistent availability for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly, and a willingness to treat a variety of clients, including couples and children. The ideal candidate is invested in helping clients achieve measurable progress, confident with modern clinical technology (telehealth, EHR), and a good team player. Specialties preferred include counseling for couples and families.
Requirements
- Independently licensed and living in Georgia (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
- Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 25 sessions with 30 hours of availability weekly
- A behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and children
- Invested in helping your clients achieve measurable progress
- Confident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR tools
- A good teammate
