About The Position

Pyramid Healthcare is seeking a compassionate Licensed Counselor to join their clinical team at High Focus Centers – Lawrenceville Outpatient. This role will provide PHP & IOP treatment for mental health, substance use, and co-occurring disorders. The ideal candidate is a counselor looking for meaningful clinical work, a supportive team, and an opportunity for professional growth. The position is located in Lawrenceville, NJ.

Requirements

• Required Licensure: LSW, LAC, LCSW, or LPC — or actively working toward licensure with Master's degree

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group counseling
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary treatment team
• Complete clinical documentation and Level of Care assessments
• Coordinate with referral sources and outside providers
• Support aftercare planning and continuity of care
• Contribute to curriculum development and clinical programming
