About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for its Lawrence, Kansas clinical team. The role provides outpatient mental healthcare in a group practice setting, serving children, adolescents, and/or people across the lifespan. Therapists receive full administrative support so they can focus on patient care, and work in modern offices with digital technology. The position uses a hybrid model and offers compensation based on productivity, with an annual incentive bonus and a sign-on bonus. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven outpatient mental healthcare to children, adolescents, and adults through in-person clinics and telemedicine. Requirements
- Hold independent licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Missouri.
- Have experience working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Be willing to have or obtain a Kansas license for billing purposes.
