About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking a licensed mental health therapist to provide outpatient care in a group practice setting in Lawrence, Kansas. The role offers a hybrid work model, modern offices, digital technology, and administrative support so clinicians can focus on patient care. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual range of $85,640–$116,826 or more, an annual incentive bonus of up to $8,000, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. No nights or weekends are required. Candidates must be independently licensed and experienced working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan. A Kansas license must be held or obtained for billing purposes.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical license; the posting names LSCSW, LCPC, and LCMFT in the title and also lists LCSW, LPC, and LMFT in the description.
- Have experience working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Be willing to hold or obtain a Kansas license for billing purposes.
