About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking independently licensed Mental Health Therapists in Kansas (LSCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT) who are passionate about patient care and committed to excellence. This role provides 100% outpatient care in a group practice setting, working with children and/or adolescents or patients across the lifespan. The position uses a hybrid model and offers administrative support, digital technology, and a collegial work environment. Compensation is productivity-based, with an annual range of $80,640–$116,520+, an annual bonus of up to $8,000, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. No nights or weekends are required.
Requirements
- Hold an independent clinical license in Kansas: LSCSW, LCPC, or LCMFT.
- Have experience working with children and/or adolescents, or across the lifespan.
