About The Position

Aspire Indiana Health is hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient behavioral health services to children and adolescents at a designated Aspire Outpatient Office in Noblesville. The position includes evaluations and assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention and emergency services, individual, family, and group therapy or counseling, and substance abuse treatment. A hiring bonus of up to $2,000 is offered.

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of whole-health services, including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services, and programs addressing social determinants of health such as housing and employment. It serves people of all ages across five Central Indiana counties.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field from a college or university accredited by the US Department of Education.
• Two years of experience in a clinical setting working with a variety of populations.
• Must be recognized by the State of Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Nice To Haves

• Community mental health experience.

• Licensed Clinical Addictions Counselor (LCAC) license.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
