Child and Adolescent Therapist - LSW
About The Position
Blackbird Health is hiring an Associate / Provisionally Licensed Therapist to provide evidence-based mental health therapy to children, adolescents, young adults, and their caregivers. The therapist works on-site as part of an interdisciplinary team and receives clinical supervision and administrative support, including supervision hours toward independent licensure. Blackbird provides credentialing, billing, insurance, and EMR support, as well as a guaranteed caseload. The posting offers W-2 full-time and part-time options for provisionally licensed clinicians with an LSW. The full-time role has a $65,000–$70,000 base salary and requires 36 hours of scheduled clinical availability to support 28 completed direct-care hours per week. Schedules include four-day options such as 12:00 PM–8:00 PM or 1:00 PM–9:00 PM, with at least 20 hours per week during peak evening and/or weekend periods. The part-time role has a $40,000 base salary, plus a $65 incentive for completed sessions beyond a 17-hour baseline; it involves 20 contracted hours per week, including 17 completed direct-care hours, scheduled in peak core windows. Requirements
- Active provisionally licensed or associate credential in New Jersey, such as an LSW, while working toward independent licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).
- At least 1 year of experience providing care to children, adolescents, or young adult patients.
- Commitment to 100% on-site attendance for clinical supervision, team collaboration, and core clinic presence.
- Availability after 3:00 PM ET on weekdays and/or on weekends.
